An association that organizes conventions, TTRPG meetings, boardgames, etc. Lots of space, lots of boardgames, a library, brilliant third space. The one downside is that as an NGO, it's only available when there are volunteers to come by and help, or there is a preexisting event going on already - best to write ahead of time and reach out. Library's always open on friday evenings, come drop by! (I'm one of the librarians)
